The program calls for a, very large, house that contains four residential units within the compound. Our criteria is to achieve in not only providing privacy for each unit, but also carefully and beautifully grouping them together. This was done by create an entry pavilion unifying the whole compound. This pavilion, situated on upper level and reached via bermed-up ramp, will serve as a reception area as well as a lobby for a formal gathering guests. Located immediately next to the pavilion is a large tropical reflecting pond, underneath of which houses a game room, mini-theatre and supporting facilities. Service facilities are located on ground floor. Exterior facades are cladded with Spanish sandstone, flame-finished granite with teak wood screen and window.
