The small office building uses a combined techniques between pre-cast concrete and in situ concrete construction. Most of the pre-cast units, which act as both structural and architectural elements, are in L or U shapes. Beams and column are designed as permanent formworks at the same time calculated in such a way that the U-shape pre-cast units are part of the structure. The exterior pre-cast modules are beautifully composed to form an elegant and effective shading façade.
